What To Expect

*We arrive wearing our reflective vests, so you know who it is, we also send you an email or text 30 mins prior to arriving.

 *We get to work right away; we tidy up and dispose of your pet's waste that's in your yard. 

*To make sure we do a fantastic job and clean everything up, beforehand, we clarify what areas of the yard need to be serviced. 

*Now we take a picture of the back yard or any other areas we might've serviced or if you have a fence, we take a picture of the fence lock to prove we relocked your fence and made sure your animals aren't going to get out because of us. (We only do this to prove to you we were there and serviced your yard and to also assure you we relocked your gate, you can opt out of this option if you'd like)

*After we are done and before getting back in our truck and/or moving on the next yard we clean our boots and scoops/rakes. For the cleaning solution we use an environmentally safe chemical that is non-toxic to yards, animals, and humans. 

*We do this because we care! Sometimes people's pets can have diseases and can be transferred to other animals through the animals' feces. We clean our equipment and boots to make sure we prevent the spread of diseases if or when present. All because we care! 

*Then we are on to the next job!

*Yard odor prevention, this is a service we offer during warm weather. Same as before we arrive in our vests, we go and spray the areas your pet leaves waste in your yard, and also can spray sides of the house, decks, and sheds. 

*This odor removal spray is recommended by professionals because it's environmentally safe, non-toxic and safe for pets. Eliminates urine smells fast with strong bio-enzymes. This spray is recommended for Turf, lawn, patio, decks, cement, and even kennels. 

*The odor removing spray can last anywhere between 4 days to 3 weeks depending on how often we spray or have been spraying and how many animals are using the area. 

*Our normal service does Not include extensive kennel cleaning, as in wiping it down by hand or making it shine. This is a Service we do offer for an extra fee and can be found in our "Services" section of this website. 

*Extensive Kennel Cleaning, this is a service we only offer in warm weather. We also need to have access to an outside waterspout. 

*We use non-toxic cleaning agent, same as the one we use on our boots and equipment and first spray the kennel or kennels down and let them sit for a few minutes. We then use a power washer with disposable washcloths and gloves to spray down and clean the kennels off. *After we completely clean them off we then set them outside and recommend you let them dry if they go inside the house or we put them back where they go if they are sitting outside.
